This notice covers aria.ski, emails sent to Aria, STOW, and the current pre-release Plushy project.

Information you provide

If you email Aria, the company receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site. Email and infrastructure providers may process correspondence and routine delivery data. Google provides the site’s fonts.

Website data

Hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Aria does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information from this site.

Plushy

Plushy is in development and is not yet distributed through the App Store. This site does not collect in-app Plushy usage data. This notice will be updated before a release that adds new data practices.

STOW

STOW is a local-only iPhone and iPad utility for remembering where things are kept. The app stores the names, places, exact spots, optional notes and aliases, optional resized photos, location history, and removal records you enter in its protected app storage on your device. It has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or STOW server, and Aria does not receive this archive data.

Camera permission is requested only after you choose to take a photo. Selecting an existing photo uses Apple’s system picker. Optional label recognition uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework. STOW prepares a smaller JPEG and does not copy the original photo’s GPS or source EXIF metadata into it.

A .stow backup contains archive records and photos in plaintext JSON. It is not encrypted. Files and sharing destinations you choose, as well as operating-system backups and services, operate under their own settings and privacy practices. STOW does not provide automatic cloud synchronization, remote retrieval, or an in-app biometric vault.

Removing a thing places it in Recently Removed. Permanent deletion removes its active content from the current archive and retains an identifier and timestamp removal record so an older merged backup does not recreate it. Prior internal saves, exported copies, or system backups may retain earlier data. Deleting the app removes app-container data according to the operating system; exported files and backups are separate.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to reply, provide support, protect services, improve projects, and meet legal duties. It may be shared with providers that perform those functions and retained only as long as needed.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent by emailing privacy@aria.ski. Some records may be retained for security or legal reasons.
