This notice covers aria.ski, emails sent to Aria, and the current pre-release Plushy project.

Aria Innovation Engine LLC operates this site and the Aria projects shown here.

Information you provide

If you email Aria, the company receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site. Email and infrastructure providers may process correspondence and routine delivery data. Google provides the site’s fonts.

Website data

Hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Aria does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information from this site.

Plushy

Plushy is in development and is not yet distributed through the App Store. This site does not collect in-app Plushy usage data. This notice will be updated before a release that adds new data practices.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to reply, provide support, protect services, improve projects, and meet legal duties. It may be shared with providers that perform those functions and retained only as long as needed.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent by emailing privacy@aria.ski. Some records may be retained for security or legal reasons.
